The Role of Mobile Based Communication by the Government during COVID-19 on College Students (IIHS, Ghaziabad)

COVID-19 poses a threat to global health. It is first ever experience for the countries to undergo a complete lockdown with the dependency for any information completely relying on media and government. During the pandemic the usage of mobile phones among the masses grew drastically and it was considered as an efficient medium by both public and the government. The mobile based communication was done through channels such as WhatsApp, Chat Boards, Caller Tune, Text Messages and Arogya Setu App etc., for spreading COVID related information among the masses. However, even after the continuous exchange of messages by the government, there are people who are still not showing the COVID appropriate behavior. As the third wave is predicated to hit the world again it is important to study the loopholes in the existing communication strategies and to rework on them in order to control the spread of the deadly virus. In this paper the researcher has studied the changes mobile based communication by the government during the COVID 19 has brought among the students studying in IIHS, Ghaziabad. The study shows that mobile is an effective mode of communication among the college students. It has successfully brought attitudinal and behavioral changes among the students and outlines the directions for the development of highly effective and efficient mobile based communication that can be utilized by the government in the near future.

Locating the Scattered Identity of Dalit Women in Adoor Gopalakrishanan Film's

Film is one of the most prominent medium to communicate with people. This intellectual narrative medium represent the social problem and dilapidate nature of social constraint is poignant. Master filmmaker like Satyajit Ray, Shyambenagal, Giriesh kasaravalli, and Adoor Gopalakrishnan who made real kudos for Indian films in India and across the World. The nature of narrative discourses are really reflect many aspects or realities and disturbing socio political, economic and cultural sense of village to metropolitan context. They are in front of representing women identity in their narration. This study will address how Dalit women and their identity represented in Adoor Gopalakrishnan films with qualitative textual analysis of selected movies from this master filmmaker films.

Combining Texton Broadcasting with Noise Injection in Stylegan-2 to Create a More Universal Method of Texture Synthesis

In the StyleGAN-2 framework, a novel multiscale texton broadcasting module is incorporated into our universal texture synthesis strategy. The texton broadcasting module adds an inductive bias, allowing for the creation of more textures, from those with regular structures to those that are completely random. We create a comprehensive, high-resolution dataset called NUUR-Texture500 to train and evaluate the proposed method. This dataset includes both the variety of natural textures and the stochastic variations that occur within each perceptually uniform texture. The results of the experiments show that the proposed method produces textures of significantly higher quality than the current state of the art. The complete comprehension of texture space is the ultimate objective of this work.

An Extensive Review of Modern Internet Measurement Methods for Cyber Security

Society has become more susceptible to security flaws in the Internet as it has become an essential infrastructure. Cyber security attacks continue to increase in intensity, variety, and impact despite substantial efforts by industry, government, and academia to address many of these vulnerabilities. As a result, it becomes easy to look into the current threats to cyber security, assess the extent to which defenses have been put in place to counter them, and assess the success of risk mitigation efforts. Large-scale empirical data must be collected and analyzed using a variety of Internet measurement methods in order to effectively address these issues. Even though these kinds of measurements can give you accurate and complete insights, they require complicated processes and the creation of new methods to make sure they are accurate and complete. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a methodical investigation of the most recent Internet measurement approaches for cyber security in order to make it possible to carry out comprehensive studies that make use of a variety of perspectives, correlate a variety of data sources, and possibly make use of successful techniques that have been used in the past for issues that are more recent. Sadly, conducting such an investigation is difficult due to the dispersed nature of the literature. This is largely because each research effort only addresses a small subset of the Internet measurement domain's many components. In addition, we are aware of no studies that have provided an in-depth examination of this important research area in order to encourage advancements in the future. We investigate all relevant aspects of using Internet measurement techniques for cyber security, from threats within specific application domains to threats themselves, in order to fill in these gaps. Taxonomy of two-dimensional Internet measurement studies related to cyber security is provided by us. One dimension is concerned with the numerous vertical layers (and components) of the Internet ecosystem, and the other is concerned with internal normal functions as opposed to the negative effects of external parties on the Internet and the real world. In terms of measurement technique, scope, measurement size, vantage size, and the utilized analysis approach, a comprehensive comparison of the collected studies is also provided. Last but not least, a detailed discussion of the obstacles to effective Internet measurement and potential future research directions is provided.
