Cloud computing has emerged as a paradigm shift in computing, providing scalable and on-demand access to computing resources. With the increasing demand for cloud services, efficient resource utilization and load balancing have become critical factors for optimizing performance and ensuring cost-effectiveness. This research article explores dynamic load balancing techniques in cloud computing to enhance resource utilization and improve overall system efficiency.
